Ki O Rahi

Hi today i e going to write what we did and that thing that we did was a game called Ki O Rahi and it was two game. The teams where pink, , yellow. it was room 1 vs room 5 and my team won all our game but we where split up in to the team. So they split people in room 5 to be in pink and the rest go in the other team just like room 1.

we started the games and in my team the best was all of us and we won all of our games. we only vs room 1 team not room 5 because there was not enough time to have one more game and so we came fisrt and just the best.

Matariki Knowledge Building

What I learnt:

1.That it all round north of new zealand.

2.They plant native trees.

3.They do lot of kapa haka on that day.

4.Matariki has many different names around the world.

In English, it is called the Pleiades (its ancient Greek name) or the Seven Sisters. The Hawaiian name is Makali'i, or 'eyes of royalty', and in Japan it is Subaru, meaning 'gathered together'.

What I already know:

1.That they know how to do them.

2.That they are the best at Matariki.

3.Matariki is found low on the horizon in the north east of the sky. Try looking here between 5.30 a.m. and 6.30 a.m. 1. First find the pot (the bottom three stars of the pot are also called Tautoru, or Orion's Belt

What I knew:

1.That they love to celebrate  matariki.

2.That they can do more and more different maori game.

Mr Parker visiting our school

Hi Today i am writing about what happened at the school assembly and I was shocked to see who it was. As I walked to be setted we started with the song and then the Mihi and then Mr Burt was talking about a fly thing that can make you sick. After the talk he had been saying he Introduced us to who has come too ur school and he welcomed the gusset and said good morning to JOSEPH PARKER

When Mr Burt called Mr PARKER and the Sister but she didn't want to come up but Mr PARKER, he came up and we all asked him if he could sing a song for us but he just did a guitar sound with it and it sounded like a Mexican beat. Mr Parker said this to us the last thing you need to know if you are chasing your dream.

My Narrative Writing

There once was one female nightwing dragon and a male titan dragon that where flying up high in the sky above


The female nightwing was flying when she smelled trouble coming for her on the other side of her and as she flew she knew that it was the titan dragon. When she knew his face looked toward her and he could smell fear coming from the nightwing and then he charged toward her as she flew up where there was a cloud Near Antarctica where the icewing are.


They flew around the place and the night wings were getting tired but she didn't want to be eaten by the titan dragon.


The night wing flew down near the deep deep water called the Mariana trench the deepest place in the ocean. She knows that her friend is there and calls him to bring the monster down in the water so he can die and leave the tribe alone.


As she called the titan was right next to her and when the monster got a chance to kill her her friend came just in time and dragged him in the water so easy because he was way bigger than the titan.





As she was saved they celebrated the justice they got of the titan dragon and every dragon tribe came,
